Refund Policy

At Valuoo, we deliver your purchased credit directly and instantly to your selected phone upon successful completion of your transaction. Because the credit is provided in real time, refunds are generally not available once an order has been processed.

1. Instant Credit Delivery

When you complete a transaction on Valuoo, the credit amount is immediately added to your nominated mobile number. This process is automated and confirmed at the time of payment.

Once credit has been successfully delivered, the transaction is considered final.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be permitted for select payment types and must meet the rules and timelines of each payment channel. Where possible, refunds are credited exclusively to the customer’s original payment method. Some payment methods and completed transactions may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will only be considered in limited exceptional circumstances, such as:

– A verified system outage or technical issue on our end that prevented delivery of the purchased credit.
– Duplicate charges caused by a Valuoo system error.

In these cases, we may process a refund or re-apply the credit to your account/phone number after investigating and confirming the issue.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund:

1) Contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of your transaction.
2) Provide proof of payment, the transaction ID, and your mobile number.
3) Our team will investigate and respond to your request within 5 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in situations such as:

– Change of mind after payment.
– Incorrect mobile number provided by the user (as you, the user have confirmed via OTP).
– Successful credit delivery confirmed in our system.
